This therapeutic regimen is a combination of the PARP inhibitor olaparib, the anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody cetuximab, and radiation therapy, specifically evaluated for the treatment of locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC) in patients with heavy smoking histories.
