A four-drug combination regimen consisting of **oleclumab**, **durvalumab**, **gemcitabine**, and **nab-paclitaxel**. Oleclumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD73, designed to modulate the tumor microenvironment and promote antitumor immunity. Durvalumab is a human monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-L1, blocking its interaction with PD-1 and CD80 to enhance immune system activity against tumor cells. Gemcitabine is a nucleoside analog antimetabolite that inhibits DNA synthesis, and nab-paclitaxel is an albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel, a microtubule inhibitor, developed to enhance drug delivery and reduce solvent-related toxicity. This combination is under investigation for use in pancreatic cancer and is being evaluated in advanced clinical trials to determine the efficacy of combining immunotherapeutic agents (oleclumab, durvalumab) with established chemotherapy backbones (gemcitabine, nab-paclitaxel).
