A combination therapy consisting of **oleclumab**, **gemcitabine**, and **nab-paclitaxel**. Oleclumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that selectively binds and inhibits CD73, suppressing the production of adenosine in the tumor microenvironment, thereby reducing immunosuppression and enhancing immune cell infiltration, especially CD8+ T cells[2][4]. Gemcitabine is a cytotoxic small molecule antineoplastic agent (a nucleoside analog) that inhibits DNA synthesis, contributing to cell death in rapidly dividing cancer cells. Nab-paclitaxel is an albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel, a microtubule stabilizing agent that arrests cell division. This combination is used primarily for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and is being studied in phase Ib/II trials for safety and efficacy[1][3]. The regimen’s goal is to improve clinical outcomes by leveraging direct cytotoxic effects plus immunomodulation.
