Drug intelligence / Profile preview
olverembatinib + blinatumomab + chemotherapy is a combination regimen consisting of olverembatinib (a third-generation BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor), blinatumomab (a bispecific CD19-directed CD3 T-cell engager), and chemotherapy. This combination is primarily investigated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) leukemia, including Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in lymphoid blast phase (CML-LBP), particularly in cases with central nervous system (CNS) involvement or resistance to prior tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Olverembatinib targets BCR-ABL1 (including the T315I mutation), blinatumomab recruits T cells to destroy CD19-positive B-lineage leukemia cells, and chemotherapy provides cytotoxic effects to eradicate rapidly dividing cancer cells.
