OnabotulinumtoxinA + baclofen is a combination therapy used primarily for the management of spasticity, particularly in conditions such as cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury. OnabotulinumtoxinA (commonly known by the brand name Botox) is a neurotoxic protein that inhibits acetylcholine release at neuromuscular junctions, resulting in localized muscle relaxation and reduced spasticity.
