Drug intelligence / Profile preview
onCARlytics + anti-CD19 ARTEMIS T-cell therapy is a combination immunotherapy developed by Imugene and Eureka Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. This therapy employs a 'mark and kill' strategy where Imugene's oncolytic virus, onCARlytics, infects tumor cells and forces them to express the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. Subsequently, Eureka's anti-CD19 ARTEMIS T-cell therapy targets and eliminates these CD19-expressing tumor cells. The oncolytic virus primes the tumor microenvironment, making it more susceptible to T-cell therapy. The combination is administered intravenously.
