ONCOS-102 + pembrolizumab

**ONCOS-102 + pembrolizumab** is an investigational combination therapy for cancer, specifically for anti–PD-1–refractory advanced melanoma. It comprises two agents: - **ONCOS-102**, an oncolytic adenovirus engineered to express granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), designed to selectively infect and lyse tumor cells, trigger local inflammation, and recruit immune cells, thereby priming tumors for immune attack and enhancing immunogenicity. - **Pembrolizumab** is a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking its interaction with ligands and thereby releasing inhibition of cytotoxic T cells.
