Overview
One&Day Fresh Eye Drops is an over-the-counter (OTC) preservative-free artificial tear solution developed by Optus Pharmaceuticals (formerly DHP Korea). It is formulated as a fixed-dose combination containing chondroitin sulfate sodium, hypromellose 2910, sodium chloride, and potassium chloride. Chondroitin sulfate sodium acts as a corneal protective agent that stabilizes the tear film and promotes corneal healing, while hypromellose 2910 serves as a lubricant to increase viscosity and prolong retention on the ocular surface. The electrolytes sodium chloride and potassium chloride help maintain the physiological osmolarity of natural tears. One&Day Fresh Eye Drops is indicated for the temporary relief of eye fatigue, dry eye symptoms, contact lens discomfort, and blurred vision.
