Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OrienX010 + toripalimab is a combination therapy consisting of an oncolytic virus (OrienX010) and an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (toripalimab). OrienX010 appears to be a granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor-expressing oncolytic virus that directly attacks cancer cells while stimulating immune responses. Toripalimab is a PD-1 inhibitor that blocks PD-1 ligands 1 and 2, preventing the inhibition of T-cell responses against tumors. The combination has shown promising antitumor activity in clinical trials for melanoma, particularly acral melanoma.
