OS001 (Seefunge (Suzhou) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.)

OS001 is a low-dose atropine sulfate eye drop formulation (available in 0.01% and 0.02% concentrations) developed by Seefunge Pharmaceutical Technology for the treatment of myopia in children and adolescents. Atropine is a non-selective muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist. In the context of myopia, it is used topically to slow the progression of the condition, specifically by inhibiting axial elongation of the eye. The drug is currently being evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, multicenter Phase III clinical trial to assess its long-term efficacy and safety over a 96-week period compared to placebo.
