OSE-279 + OSE2101 is a combination immunotherapy currently being investigated for advanced solid tumors, lymphomas, and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). OSE-279 is a PD-1 (programmed death-1) blocking monoclonal antibody that enhances the immune system's ability to recognize and attack tumor cells by inhibiting an immune checkpoint pathway. OSE2101 (brand name: TEDOPI) is a T cell epitope-based cancer vaccine designed to stimulate a targeted immune response against tumor-associated antigens, specifically expanding tumor-specific T lymphocytes in patients with the HLA-A2 haplotype. The combination aims to synergistically boost anti-tumor immunity. Both agents were developed by the French biotechnology company OSE Immunotherapeutics and are being tested in a multicenter, interventional phase 1/2 study, including dose-finding and efficacy evaluations for combination therapy in HLA-A2 positive metastatic NSCLC patients.
