OT-A201 + paclitaxel

OT-A201 + paclitaxel is an experimental combination therapy consisting of OT-A201, a bispecific antibody designed for immuno-oncology applications, and paclitaxel, a well-established microtubule inhibitor chemotherapeutic. OT-A201 is engineered to target two immune checkpoints, enhancing local tumor cell killing and overcoming tumor cell immune evasion by engaging immune effector mechanisms. Paclitaxel disrupts microtubule function, inhibiting cell division.
