Ramucirumab is FDA-approved for several cancers, including gastric, lung, and colorectal carcinoma, by inhibiting tumor angiogenesis through VEGFR2 blockade[2][4][6][8]. Oxaliplatin and raltitrexed are standard cytotoxics used primarily in gastrointestinal malignancies.
