Overview

This is a combination drug consisting of oximeromide (羟利溴铵) and levobupivacaine (左布比卡因). Oximeromide is a potent opioid analgesic, while levobupivacaine is an amide-type local anesthetic. The combination aims to provide both strong analgesia and local anesthesia for surgical procedures or acute pain management. Levobupivacaine works by blocking voltage-gated sodium channels in neuronal membranes, inhibiting nerve impulse conduction and thus producing local anesthesia. Oximeromide acts primarily as a mu-opioid receptor agonist, providing systemic analgesia through central nervous system mechanisms. This combination may be used for infiltration anesthesia or nerve block during surgery or for acute pain control[1][2][3].
