The combination of oxycodone and ciprofol is an anesthetic regimen primarily investigated for use in painless artificial abortion procedures. Ciprofol (HSK3486) is a novel intravenous anesthetic agent and a GABAA receptor agonist, developed as an alternative to propofol with a higher potency and potentially improved safety profile, including reduced injection pain and respiratory depression. Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid agonist that acts primarily on mu-opioid receptors to provide potent analgesia.
