Overview

p946 + TET-P is an experimental combination vaccine therapy composed of two peptides—gp100[280-288] (referred to as p946) and a tetanus-derived peptide (TET-P)—used in the context of cancer immunotherapy. The combination is designed to stimulate the immune system against melanoma cells by presenting tumor-associated antigens (gp100) alongside a strong helper epitope from the tetanus toxin, which enhances immune response. This formulation has been studied with adjuvants such as QS-21 or IFA in clinical trials for metastatic melanoma[1][2].
