PAC-1 + temozolomide

PAC-1 + temozolomide is an investigational combination therapy being studied primarily for the treatment of high-grade gliomas, including glioblastoma multiforme and anaplastic astrocytoma. PAC-1 (procaspase activating compound 1) is a small molecule that selectively induces apoptosis in cancer cells by activating procaspase-3, which is overexpressed in many tumor types.
