This is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of three anticancer drugs: paclitaxel, carboplatin, and temozolomide. The regimen has been studied in phase I and II clinical trials for patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly showing activity in melanoma and small cell lung cancer. In the standard protocol, paclitaxel (175 mg/m²) and carboplatin (AUC 5) are administered on day 1, followed by temozolomide (75-125 mg/m²/day) on days 2-6 of a 28-day cycle.
