Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of paclitaxel, a taxane chemotherapy agent, and zilovertamab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting ROR1 (Receptor tyrosine kinase-like Orphan Receptor 1). ROR1 is an onco-embryonic antigen expressed by malignant cells in various solid tumors, including breast cancer. Zilovertamab inhibits ROR1-signaling, which leads to activation of ERK1/2, NF-κB, and NRF2 target genes. This combination has been investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
