Overview

This is a combination therapy consisting of four distinct medications: 1. Palbociclib - A CDK4/6 inhibitor that blocks cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase by inhibiting cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6. 2. Exemestane - An aromatase inhibitor that reduces estrogen production. 3. Trastuzumab - A monoclonal antibody targeting HER2. 4. Pyrotinib - A pan-ErbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets EGFR, HER2, and HER4. This combination would theoretically target both hormone receptor-positive and HER2-positive breast cancer through multiple mechanisms.
