Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination of three medications: paracetamol (acetaminophen), tramadol, and dimenhydrinate. Paracetamol is a non-opioid analgesic that helps treat mild to moderate pain and fever. Tramadol is an atypical opioid analgesic that works through multiple mechanisms including μ-opioid receptor agonism and inhibition of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake. Dimenhydrinate is an antihistamine and antiemetic used to prevent or treat nausea, vomiting, or dizziness from motion sickness.
