PD-1 inhibitor + anlotinib is a combination therapy consisting of a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor and anlotinib, a small molecule multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The PD-1 inhibitors used in this combination are typically monoclonal antibodies such as sintilimab or penpulimab, which block the interaction between PD-1 on T cells and its ligands, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Anlotinib inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and proliferation, including VEGFR, FGFR, and PDGFR. This combination has been investigated primarily for advanced cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), neuroendocrine carcinoma, and other solid tumors. Clinical studies have shown that the regimen can improve objective response rates and progression-free survival compared to monotherapy or standard treatments[2][4][5][6]. The typical administration involves intravenous infusion of the PD-1 antibody every three weeks combined with oral anlotinib given in cycles.
