PD-1Ab21 + CD19CAR-T

PD-1Ab21 + CD19CAR-T is an investigational combination cell therapy that integrates a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) antibody component with a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) targeting B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance anti-tumor efficacy by both directly targeting and eliminating malignant B cells expressing CD19 and overcoming immune suppression mediated by the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway. The product is being developed primarily for the treatment of hematological malignancies characterized by expression of CD19, such as certain leukemias and lymphomas. The therapy is currently in early phase clinical trials for these indications[1][3]. Developed by Chengdian (Suzhou) Biopharmaceutical Co. Ltd., this novel CAR-T construct aims to improve outcomes in patients with relapsed or refractory blood cancers.
