PEAPROSTIL + tamsulosin is a combination therapy consisting of PEAPROSTIL 600, a food supplement containing Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) and Serenoa Repens (saw palmetto), and tamsulosin, an alpha-1A and alpha-1B adrenergic receptor antagonist.
