Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination of two PD-1 inhibitors: pembrolizumab (Keytruda) and toripalimab (Loqtorzi). Both are humanized monoclonal antibodies that target the PD-1 receptor but bind to different epitopes. Toripalimab has demonstrated 12-fold higher binding affinity to PD-1 compared to pembrolizumab and shows more potent T cell activation in preclinical studies. This combination is not a standard therapeutic regimen but is being investigated in comparative clinical trials.
