Overview

A personalized cancer vaccine composed of synthetic peptides corresponding to tumor-specific neoantigens identified through genomic sequencing of an individual patient's tumor. Developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, the vaccine aims to elicit a robust T-cell response against unique mutations (neoantigens) present only in the cancer cells, thereby providing a targeted anti-tumor effect. It is being investigated for the treatment of colorectal cancer, often in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy, targeted agents, or immune checkpoint inhibitors. The treatment regimen typically involves a primary phase of six doses followed by a boost phase of four doses.
