Pertuzumab + trastuzumab + chemotherapy is a combination regimen used for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer, in both early, locally advanced, and metastatic settings. **Pertuzumab** and **trastuzumab** are humanized monoclonal antibodies targeting different domains of the HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) protein, blocking HER2-mediated signaling and promoting cancer cell death. Chemotherapy agents most commonly included are taxanes (e.g., paclitaxel or docetaxel), which disrupt cell division.
