Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of two HER2-targeted monoclonal antibodies (pertuzumab and trastuzumab) plus vinorelbine, a vinca alkaloid chemotherapy agent. This regimen provides comprehensive HER2 blockade through the complementary mechanisms of pertuzumab and trastuzumab, while vinorelbine offers an alternative chemotherapy partner to docetaxel. It is primarily used for the treatment of HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, particularly for patients who cannot receive or prefer not to receive docetaxel.
