PF-06439535 + carboplatin + paclitaxel is a combination therapy consisting of a bevacizumab biosimilar (PF-06439535) and two chemotherapy agents (carboplatin and paclitaxel). This combination is used for the treatment of advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). PF-06439535 is designed to be similar to reference bevacizumab (Avastin), which may stop cancer tumors from growing. The combination was evaluated in a Phase 3 clinical trial (NCT02364999) where it demonstrated similar efficacy and safety to bevacizumab-EU + carboplatin + paclitaxel.
