Overview

PF-07062119 + anti-PD-1 is a combination investigational therapy consisting of PF-07062119, a bispecific monoclonal antibody that engages T cells (via CD3) to target tumor cells expressing Guanylyl Cyclase C (GUCY2C), and an anti-PD-1 antibody (programmed cell death protein 1 inhibitor), typically sasanlimab (PF-06801591)[4][5][9]. The rationale for this combination is to enhance antitumor immune responses: PF-07062119 redirects T cells to GUCY2C-positive tumors, while anti-PD-1 releases immune checkpoint inhibition, facilitating further T cell activation and tumor cell lysis[5][7]. This combination has been evaluated primarily in advanced/metastatic gastrointestinal cancers, such as colorectal, gastric, and esophageal cancer, in Phase 1 clinical trials[1][3][4][8]. Pfizer developed both agents, and sasanlimab is the anti-PD-1 agent used in the referenced studies[4][9]. The primary focus is safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
