Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PF-07826390 + sasanlimab is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer, and renal cell carcinoma, as well as in high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. PF-07826390 is a novel fully humanized bispecific IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 1 (LILRB1) and subfamily B member 2 (LILRB2), both expressed on myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment, aiming to modulate immune suppression and enhance anti-tumor immunity. Sasanlimab is a subcutaneously administered programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor monoclonal antibody, acting as a checkpoint inhibitor to restore T-cell function and promote anti-tumor immune response. The combination is being developed by Pfizer and evaluated in multiple Phase 1-3 studies across different cancer types, showing clinically meaningful improvements in event-free survival in select indications[1][3][4][6][9][10].
