Overview

PF-08046032 + sasanlimab is a combination of two investigational biologic drugs developed by Pfizer, being studied for their anti-tumor effects in advanced lymphomas and solid tumors. PF-08046032 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha) present on certain cell populations, including regulatory T cells (Tregs), aiming to selectively deplete these and promote anti-tumor immune response[2][4][7]. Sasanlimab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), thus serving as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to augment T cell-mediated anti-tumor activity[1][7]. The combination is being evaluated in adult patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma and advanced/metastatic solid tumors. Both drugs are still investigational and not currently FDA approved for any indication[4][7].
