pl-doxorubicin + epirubicin

pl-doxorubicin + epirubicin is a combination of two anthracycline chemotherapeutic agents used in cancer treatment. Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) is a formulation of doxorubicin encapsulated in pegylated liposomes, which alters its pharmacokinetics to prolong circulation time and reduce toxicity, particularly cardiotoxicity.
