This autologous combination therapy consists of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet lysate (PL), and platelet-poor plasma (PPP), developed by Regenexx for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, specifically degenerative disc disease. The therapy is designed to leverage the regenerative potential of platelets by providing both a sustained release of growth factors from intact platelets (PRP) and an immediate bolus of growth factors from lysed platelets (PL).
