PLX2853 + carboplatin

PLX2853 + carboplatin is a combination therapy of **PLX2853**, an orally active small molecule **BET (bromodomain and extra-terminal domain) inhibitor**, with **carboplatin**, a platinum-based chemotherapy agent. PLX2853 works by selectively inhibiting BET protein interactions, interfering with epigenetic regulation that drives cancer cell growth, particularly in tumors with *ARID1A* mutations, which are common in certain gynecologic malignancies.
