PMD-026 + fulvestrant is a combination therapy consisting of PMD-026, a first-in-class oral pan-RSK inhibitor, and fulvestrant, a selective estrogen receptor degrader. PMD-026 inhibits the serine/threonine kinase p90 ribosomal S6 kinase (p90RSK; RSK) subtypes 1-4, with high selectivity for RSK subtype 2. This combination is being developed by Phoenix Molecular Designs for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic HR+/HER2-/RSK2-high breast cancer in patients who have progressed after CDK4/6 inhibitor treatment.
