Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination dermocosmetic formulation containing second-generation poly-L-lysine dendrigraft (poly-l-lysine G2), third-generation poly-L-lysine dendrigraft (poly-l-lysine G3), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and vitamin A. Poly-L-lysines act as biocompatible, biodegradable carriers that enhance the stability, penetration, and efficacy of vitamins in topical applications. Vitamin C is known for its role in collagen synthesis, antioxidant activity, and skin barrier protection but is highly unstable; complexing with poly-L-lysines significantly increases its liposolubility and stability against oxidation. Vitamin A regulates Langerhans cells and supports skin repair. The combination has demonstrated significant improvements in atopic dermatitis symptoms—reducing erythema, dryness, pruritus—and improving overall skin hydration without notable adverse effects. The formulation leverages the synergistic properties of these ingredients to provide enhanced moisturization, anti-inflammatory effects, improved tissue repair/regeneration, and better patient tolerance compared to traditional therapies[1][2][5].
