Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This drug is an injectable composite dermal filler consisting of polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres, recombinant type III humanized collagen, and sodium hyaluronate. It is designed for the correction of temporal depression and other facial volume deficits. The PCL microspheres act as a bio-resorbable scaffold that stimulates long-term endogenous collagen production (neocollagenesis) by fibroblasts. The recombinant type III humanized collagen provides immediate, biocompatible structural support and promotes tissue integration and rejuvenation. Sodium hyaluronate serves as a carrier and provides immediate volumization and hydration. This multi-phasic combination aims to provide both immediate aesthetic improvement and sustained tissue regeneration. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 3 clinical trials in China.
