Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PN + HA is a combination biomaterial and skin booster developed by Reanzen, designed for aesthetic and regenerative applications such as treating skin aging, wrinkles, and dermal tissue damage. The product integrates polynucleotides (PN)—DNA fragments typically derived from salmon—with hyaluronic acid (HA). The polynucleotide component functions by stimulating adenosine A2A receptors and providing nucleotides for the DNA salvage pathway, which promotes fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis, and tissue repair. The hyaluronic acid component provides immediate volumization and deep hydration by binding water molecules and interacting with CD44 receptors on skin cells. Reanzen employs its proprietary Hyaluronic acid Moisture Technology (HMT) and Optimal Cross-linking Technology (OCT) to enhance the stability and efficacy of the combination, aiming to restore skin elasticity and repair damaged dermal structures.
