Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PolyPEPI (Bladder Cancer) is an off-the-shelf peptide-based cancer immunotherapy developed by Treos Bio for the treatment of bladder cancer. The therapy is based on the proprietary PolyPEPI platform, which utilizes the PASCal computational tool to identify and design synthetic peptides known as Personal EPItopes (PEPIs). These peptides are selected to match the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) recognition mechanisms of a broad patient population, aiming to induce robust and specific T-cell responses against tumor-associated antigens. The program has completed preclinical development and is part of a broader pipeline of peptide immunotherapies targeting various solid tumors, including colorectal, ovarian, and breast cancers.
