Overview
poseltinib + lenalidomide is an investigational combination therapy being developed by NOBO Medicine. It consists of poseltinib, a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) and TEC family kinases, and lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) that binds to cereblon (CRBN) to promote the degradation of specific transcription factors. The combination is designed to exploit the synthetic lethality between BTK inhibition and immunomodulation in B-cell malignancies. NOBO Medicine is developing this chemotherapy-free combination for hematological malignancies, specifically as a first-line (1L) consolidation therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (Project 206) and as a maintenance therapy for relapsed or refractory (R/R) DLBCL patients following CAR-T cell therapy (Project 207).
