Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Dyural L Kit is a multi-component injectable suspension kit containing **methylprednisolone acetate**, **lidocaine**, **povidone-iodine**, and **isopropyl alcohol**. The therapeutic effect is driven primarily by methylprednisolone acetate, a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid that activates the glucocorticoid receptor to suppress inflammatory gene expression and immune-cell activity; lidocaine provides local anesthetic activity, while povidone-iodine and isopropyl alcohol function as antiseptic/disinfectant components to facilitate sterile injection procedures. The kit has been described for intramuscular, intra-articular, soft tissue, and intralesional administration across a broad range of inflammatory, allergic, dermatologic, rheumatologic, hematologic, endocrine, and related disorders. Publicly described as a combination kit product associated with Asclemed USA, it has been noted as not FDA-approved.
