Combination of **PQR309**, an oral, balanced pan-PI3K/mTOR inhibitor, and **eribulin (Halaven)**, a microtubule dynamics inhibitor, studied as a therapeutic regimen for patients with locally advanced or metastatic HER2-negative and triple-negative breast cancer. PQR309 inhibits both PI3K and mTOR signaling pathways, which are frequently activated in cancers, thereby suppressing downstream signaling critical for tumor progression.
