Precision Cell Immunotherapy is an adoptive cell-based biologic therapy developed by the Shanghai International Medical Center (SIMC) specifically for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. The therapeutic regimen involves a combination of two distinct cellular components: a dendritic cell (DC) suspension and a "Precision Cells" suspension (likely consisting of activated effector immune cells such as cytokine-induced killer cells or similar autologous lymphocytes). In clinical protocols, the DC suspension is administered subcutaneously to prime the immune system by presenting tumor antigens, while the Precision Cells are infused intravenously to directly exert anti-tumor effector functions. This therapy is typically evaluated in combination with standard chemotherapy regimens, such as cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), to enhance overall clinical efficacy and overcome immune evasion in advanced malignancies.
