PRO95780 + cetuximab + irinotecan

This is a combination regimen composed of PRO95780, cetuximab, and irinotecan. PRO95780 is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of death receptor 5 (DR5/TRAIL-R2/TNFRSF10B), triggering the extrinsic apoptosis pathway in tumor cells[1][5]. Cetuximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), blocking ligand binding and downstream signaling. Irinotecan is a small molecule chemotherapeutic that inhibits topoisomerase I, leading to DNA damage and cell death.
