Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Program 2 is an early-stage therapeutic candidate developed by Sauvie using its proprietary CAM-V™ (Constant domain of Antibody Mimicry and Variation) antibody platform. This multi-specific antibody is designed to engage CD16a (FcγRIIIa), an activating receptor found on immune effector cells such as Natural Killer (NK) cells and macrophages, to facilitate the recruitment and activation of these cells against a second, currently undisclosed target. The CAM-V™ platform aims to achieve target lysis through a mechanism of recognition and immune activation. As of early 2024, the program is in the mid-discovery preclinical phase, primarily focused on oncology applications.
