Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Program 3 is a preclinical-stage multi-specific antibody candidate being developed by Sauvie using its proprietary CAM-V™ (Constant domain of Antibody Mimicry and Variation) platform. The therapeutic is designed to engage CD16a (FcγRIIIa), an activating receptor found on immune effector cells such as Natural Killer (NK) cells and macrophages, to trigger immune activation and target lysis. While the primary immune-engaging target is CD16a, the second target (Target 3) remains undisclosed by the company. The program is currently in the mid-discovery phase of preclinical development, intended for the treatment of cancer.
