prolgolimab + bendamustine

Prolgolimab + bendamustine is a combination therapy used primarily for the treatment of relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r cHL). This combination consists of prolgolimab, an anti-PD-1 inhibitor (IgG1 monoclonal antibody with Fc-silencing 'LALA' mutation), and bendamustine, a chemotherapeutic agent. The combination is typically administered as prolgolimab 1 mg/kg IV on days 1 and 15, with bendamustine 90 mg/m2 IV on days 1 and 2 of a 28-day cycle, for up to 3 cycles. This regimen is often used as part of a PET-adapted therapy strategy for patients who do not achieve complete response with prolgolimab monotherapy.
