The combination leverages synergistic effects among hypnotics (propofol), opioids (fentanyl), and volatile agents (isoflurane/sevoflurane) to achieve balanced anesthesia with reduced doses of each component, minimizing side effects while providing effective hypnosis, analgesia, amnesia, muscle relaxation, and hemodynamic stability[2][7].
