Overview

This proteasome inhibitor-based antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platform is being developed by Qurient Co. through its German subsidiary, QLi5 Therapeutics GmbH. The platform utilizes novel, non-covalent proteasome inhibitors as payloads, which are conjugated to antibodies to enable precise delivery to target cells. This approach is designed to minimize the systemic toxicity typically associated with conventional proteasome inhibitors while overcoming resistance mechanisms. Developed in collaboration with Nobel laureate Prof. Robert Huber and the Max Planck Institute, the technology is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various cancers, as well as inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. Preclinical data has demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity, including in models resistant to standard ADCs.
